Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cobbler

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cobbler is warm Southern comfort food with a crackly chocolate top and rich fudge sauce underneath. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar topping over the batter, pour hot water over everything, and let the oven do the rest. After a short rest, spoon it up while it is still warm and gooey.
